This issue has been resolved. Emails marked as Done are no longer reappearing in the Inbox, and any previously affected emails will correct themselves automatically once your app updates to the latest version. Thank you for your patience.

We're aware of an issue where some emails marked as Done are reappearing in the Inbox on the Superhuman desktop app, affecting Outlook accounts.
We have identified the cause and are working on a fix. Emails that were already marked Done will correct themselves automatically once the update reaches your app. We'll post another update here as we begin to monitor the fix.
