Scheduled - At Superhuman we're building the fastest email client in the world, and we pride ourselves on building and running a highly reliable service.

As part of this, we'll be upgrading our primary database at 5am PDT on Saturday the 28th of June. We expect the user-visible downtime to be less than 15 minutes.

During this time Superhuman will continue to function as normal. Using offline mode it will queue up emails that you send and automatically send them when the maintenance is complete.

Update - We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue affecting the Auto Labels and Auto Summaries feature, resulting in an elevated rate of request failures. The root cause has been identified as an outage with a third-party service.

We are actively working with the third-party provider to resolve the issue and will continue to monitor the situation closely. We will provide updates as soon as we have more information or when the issue is resolved.

Resolved - The fix has been implemented and released on Microsoft's end, and we are seeing sync events for Personal Outlook accounts return to normal. We will continue to monitor for the next 24hrs, but believe this issue is resolved.

Superhuman users with Personal Outlook Calendars/Accounts will continue to see degraded performance for calendar syncing.

Monitoring - Microsoft has identified the problem on their end, a fix is anticipated sometime on Friday, June 6.

We have implemented a few minor workarounds to minimize the impact on Superhuman's calendar features.
None-the-less, users with Personal Outlook Calendars/Accounts will continue to see degraded performance for calendar syncing.

Investigating - We have identified a error in MSGraph responses impacting Calendars for Personal Outlook accounts.

This error is causing calendars to fail to sync in Superhuman for users with Personal Outlook Calendars/Accounts.
Gmail calendars are un-impacted.

We are monitoring the bug from MSGraph and reviewing potential workarounds.
